Louie Coulis, MD, FACCDr. Coulis has been practicing cardiology in Sheboygan for more than 15 years. He earned his medical degree at Indiana University and completed his cardiovascular training at the Cleveland Clinic. He maintains board certification in both general cardiology and nuclear cardiology by the American Society of Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Coulis has participated as primary investigator in numerous national and international clinical trials. He maintains his special interests in preventative cardiology and cardiac imaging. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. |

Robert M. Horth, MD, FACC, FASNCDr. Horth joined Coulis Cardiology’s team of leading specialists in spring 2010. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed a fellowship in cardiology at the University of Miami and a residency in internal medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Horth is board-certified in cardiology, nuclear cardiology, cardiovascular computed tomography, and echocardiography and internal medicine. |

Sabahat M. AliSabahat was born in Chicago and grew up in Wauwatosa. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Marquette University and is a huge Marquette basketball fan – Go Marquette! Before joining Coulis Cardiology, she accumulated experience in various fields at several Milwaukee-area hospitals, including Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, both in Milwaukee, and St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Sabahat is also an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants (WAPA), and she served as the national director of diversity for the Student Academy of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. |
