Back to topSupport StaffOur staff offers the expertise of certified exercise physiologists, registered nurses and certified fitness professionals who are trained to provide assistance and answers to your exercise and medical questions. We also staff a registered dietitian who is readily available to address any questions. Medical ExpertiseThe exercise center is inside Coulis Cardiology, and ACLS-trained (advanced cardiac life support) exercise physiologists are available to provide expertise and peace of mind. Exercise prescriptions are also available to focus your training on specific goals, such as losing weight, feeling better or preventing heart disease. Health Risk AssessmentEvery member goes through an entry health risk assessment targeting cholesterol; body mass index; body fat percentage; blood pressure; and overall health risks, such as stress and family history. Important Health MonitoringWe take your heart rate, blood pressure and pulse oximetry before and after you exercise and help you set a target heart rate, which is important when trying to achieve your fitness goals. We also carefully monitor your heart rate and rhythm, blood pressure, and oxygen levels while you exercise to make sure you are always exercising safely. Cardiac RehabilitationCoulis Cardiology’s nationally accredited Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is a medically supervised program aimed to help strengthen your heart, reduce your risk of future cardiovascular events and improve your overall quality of life.
